These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PragmaSkill website (pragmaskill.com) and the purchase of training services offered by Hive Mechanics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing a training, you agree to these terms.

2. Training services

• Training content, schedules, and formats are as described on the website at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to training content, dates, or delivery format with prior notice.
• Pre-recorded trainings provide lifetime access from the date of purchase.
• Live marathon trainings require attendance during the scheduled dates. Recordings are provided after the session.
• Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing the training program.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment details and methods are discussed during your consultation call.
• Access to training materials is granted upon confirmed enrolment.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@pragmaskill.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.

Please note: if you have accessed or downloaded pre-recorded training content and explicitly consented to waive your withdrawal right at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

5. Intellectual property

All training materials, content, videos, documents, and resources provided by PragmaSkill are the intellectual property of Hive Mechanics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without our written consent. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the training content.

6. Limitation of liability

Our training is provided for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from completing our trainings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the training.

7. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel a training session due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

9. Governing law
